Revisiting Infantile Tremor Syndrome: A Case Series

Abstract
Infantile tremor syndrome (ITS) is a triad of anemia, hyperpigmentation, and tremors. Although it is often attributed to vitamin B12 deficiency, opinion has remained divided. The cases of ITS continue to occur, and they remain a cause for hospitalization. The clinical spectrum may vary, and we report the clinical spectrum of this entity through a case series of six cases that we encountered during the years 2021-2023.
